Puff Pastry was invented in 1654 by a student of a french confectioner, CLAUDE GELLEE. He wanted to bake a diet bread out of water, flour and butter for his father. The result turned out to be amazing. An extremely flurry and light pastry became the basis for a new dessrt called PUFF. Grona Puffs are baked with love and inspired by the best european recipes.
