BULKY is an online wholesale shopping website. We are inspired to get everyone to access and enjoy the great benefits from shop wholesale, like no others. We believe "wholesale" should not just limit to business only, but also for any individual or household consumer who is seeking for bargaining offer to save on daily essentials spending. Through BULKY, you can enjoy bigger savings from purchase in bulk, and shop from variety of product categories, with wide selection of brands available.

As we are online wholesale store with no physical shop and excessive overhead cost required, we are passing you the big savings by offering at attractive bargaining price, without compromising the product and service quality as promised.


Generally, all products are sold in bundle basis or jumbo size packaging with condition of MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). And, don't panic! You can shop with very minimal MOQ, as low as two units in one bundle. 


However, we also offer single unit for purchase with competitive pricing compared to market retail price.

SHIPPING

All confirmed orders which placed before 4pm (Mon to Fri), will be processed, packed and shipped out on the same day. All orders which placed on weekends or holidays will only be processed on the next working day. We ship with our appointed 3PL (Third-Party Logistic) companies.

Rest assured that we always pay extra care and attention-to-details to your parcel. All the goods are packed with secured double-wall carton box and bubble wrap protection.

We ship to everywhere in both Peninsular and East Malaysia. 

Kindly note that we do not ship PO box address.

Our shipping cost starts from as low as RM6.00 onward. All orders with minimum purchase amount of RM70.00 shall be entitled for free shipping (West Malaysia only).

To get the parcel delivered to you on-time is always our commitment!

Hence, we only partner with reliable and trustworthy 3PL to ship and get your parcel arrived just-in-time. Normally, you may expect to receive your parcel within 1-2 business days for West Malaysia shipment, and 2-4 business days for East Malaysia shipment.

However, there might have delays on shipment from stipulated timeframe, due to some unforeseen circumstance which beyond our control or caused by our shipping partners during the schedules and processes.

There are few restrictions to take note. 

(1) Standard Delivery : Maximum weight allowance for West Malaysia shipment is 50KG, whereas East Malaysia shipment is 30KG.

(2) BULKY Express (Same-day Delivery) : Maximum weight allowance is 30KG. 

(3) Certain items which categorized as Dangerous Goods (DG) are not allowed to ship to East Malaysia. Please consult with our team anytime if you have any doubts.

BULKY EXPRESS is an on-demand delivery service that offers customer who is preferring INSTANT and FAST same-day delivery.

(1) A flat rate of RM10 will be charged during checkout. 

(2) It is available for 140 postcodes which cover majority of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas. PO box address is not accepted.

(3) We deliver from Monday to Saturday, from 2pm to 12am midnight, except Sunday and holidays.

(4) Kindly make sure recipient is available to receive parcel if delivery time falls in the evening or after working hours.

(5) Order cutoff time will be at 4pm. Order which placed after 4pm will be shipped out on next working day.

(6) Maximum parcel weight allowed per destination is 30KG. If parcel weight exceeds 30KG, the order will be shipped by separate parcels.

(7) Extra charges will be incurred for additional parcels due to exceeding weight allowance.

ORDER

Click the Tracking Parcel page & enter the tracking number that you've received. The tracking number will be provided by us through an email. 

Yes, you are allowed to do it. Please amend and insert your shipping address upon check out. Changes of shipping address are not allowed after order is confirmed. If shipping address is wrongly provided after order is confirmed, please email hello@bulky.my with order number for further assistance.

We only accept online payment at the moment. You can make payment by using Credit Card, Debit Card or bank transfer, through our appointed online payment gateway provider - eGHL 

BULKY ordering system is on "first-come-first-served" basis. We will not guarantee the availability of item in the shopping cart until the checkout process is completed with amount fully paid.

RETURN

With our commitment on customer satisfaction to help you shop confidence, BULKY offers you flexibility and rights to make goods return, provided it meets the following conditions:

Defective or damaged item
Wrong item delivered

As long as you are a business owner or representative for a business, you are eligible to sign up for business account! Sign up form can be found in BULKY FOR CORPORATE.  Then, provide us a proof of Registration of Company, along with supporting document which is valid and legal at the time of registration, by sending us to hello@bulky.my

Most of the confirmed orders will be processed and packed for shipping within a day. Conventional parcels will be handled and shipped by our appointed 3PL companies, and generally it will take 1-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep; whereas different shipping methods will be using to cater for larger orders. Our account manager will handle and follow up with you.
